Indian Food Is Mostly Gluten-Free
Good news for anyone avoiding gluten: most Indian food is naturally gluten-free. It's built on rice, lentils, vegetables, meat, and spices — not wheat. The wheat mostly shows up in breads (naan, roti, paratha) and in fried starters like samosa and pakora.
At Mintt, we've mapped our entire menu for gluten content. This page lists what's GF by default, what to avoid, and how we handle cross-contact.
